Privacy Policy

Wrightworks is a brand operated by Scuti IT d.o.o., a company registered in the Republic of Serbia, which is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical data that arrives automatically when you use the site.

Information you submit

• Contact and teardown requests — when you fill in the contact or teardown request form we collect your name, email address, company name, and the message you write. This is necessary to respond to you.
• Analyzer inputs — when you use the free Automation Analyzer you paste job-posting text (or provide a URL). We store that text along with your IP address so we can enforce rate limits and review the tool’s quality over time.

Analytics

We use Umami, a cookieless, privacy-first analytics platform. Umami does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not track you across sites. We see aggregate page-view counts and referrers — no personally identifiable data is stored in analytics.

Public job-posting data

Our research pipeline scans publicly available job postings to produce aggregate research about automatable work across industries. This is public data; we do not scrape private profiles or authenticated content.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry or provide the analyzer result you requested.
• To enforce rate limits on the free Automation Analyzer (IP address).
• To understand which pages and tools are most useful (Umami aggregate analytics).
• To produce aggregate research on automatable work from anonymised public hiring data.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertising platforms, or use it for any purpose other than those listed above.

How long we keep it

Lead form submissions are retained as long as the engagement is active or until you ask us to delete them. We keep analyzer inputs and the associated IP address only as long as useful for operating and improving the tool, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing hello@wrightworks.ai.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@wrightworks.ai with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Umami analytics is cookieless by design. We do not use any third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.

Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

• Umami Cloud — cookieless analytics (page views, referrers; no PII).
• Resend — transactional email for internal lead notifications (your email address is used to send you a reply; Resend does not market to you).
• Anthropic — AI inference for the Automation Analyzer. The job-posting text you submit is sent to the Anthropic API to generate the analysis. Anthropic’s usage policies apply.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change how we use data you have already submitted without contacting you first.
