Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wrightworks.ai (the “Site”) and the free tools we make available. The Site and the Wrightworks brand are operated by Scuti IT d.o.o., a company registered in the Republic of Serbia (“Wrightworks”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

The Site and free tools

The Site provides information about Wrightworks services and access to the free Automation Analyzer tool. The Analyzer is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that its output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Treat it as a starting-point estimate, not professional advice.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Analyzer or any other free tool at any time without notice.

Paid engagements

Automation audits, teardown reports, and any other paid work are governed exclusively by the written Statement of Work or engagement agreement signed by both parties. These Terms do not apply to or modify those agreements. If there is a conflict, the written agreement controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or tools for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any security measures on the Site.
• Submit content through the Analyzer or contact forms that is defamatory, harassing, or that infringes a third party’s rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site beyond what a standard browser session would retrieve.
• Impersonate Wrightworks or any of its personnel.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Analyzer tool itself — is owned by or licensed to Wrightworks and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission, except that you may share links to public pages.

Input you submit through the Analyzer (the job-posting text you paste) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a limited licence to process it to deliver the analysis and improve the tool.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrightworks provides the Site and all free tools on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrightworks and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or the free tools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the free tools shall not exceed USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Links to other sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Republic of Serbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
